This complex was where my roommate and I landed when we got to Savannah and it's been a great experience for two years. It's quiet and out of the way but still close to the edge of Savannah, so not too far from anything. Straight shot to Tybee Island as well. If you're looking for a good place that is worth the money, I recommend River Crossing.

Great maintenance. 10 minute walk to two piers, 20 minutes from Tybee Island and 15 minutes from downtown Savannah. Great amenities including a pool and a workout room. All my neighbors seem cool and Thunderbolt is a cutest little town.
